LBYH Annual Meeting

Dear LBYH Community,

The Board of Directors will have our Annual Meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 6PM EDT at the Lexington Community Center, Room 237 (39 Marrett Road, Lexington, MA).  This is the final "Open" board meeting of our fiscal year and all members in good standing are invited to attend and eligible to vote, as applicable.

Among the topics to be discussed and/or voted upon are:

    1. Election of board members to a 2-year term

    2. Election of the Executive Board (President, Vice President, Secretary, & Treasurer)

    3. Registration Status for 2024-25 Season

    4.  Lake Placid Tournament Update

    5.  Other LBYH business

If you wish to attend this open, Annual Meeting, please send a RSVP to secretary@lbyh.net by Noon EDT on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, so we may ensure there is enough space for all who wish to attend.  The LBYH Board of Directors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit guest members to join the meeting virtually via Web conferencing software in the event the meeting location size is insufficient to host all who RSVP with their intent to join the meeting.
