🏒 2025 Lake Placid Tournament – What You Need to Know

Everyone must register, even if you're not attending.

If attending:

• Confirm your child’s participation.
• Pay your $205 room deposit to LBYH.
• Only one deposit per family is needed if you have multiple players.

If not attending:

• Still complete the form and select: “No, I do not plan to attend.”

📝 Why the deposit?

LBYH prepaid hotel deposits with CAN/AM in June. Your deposit will be credited to your CAN/AM account.

Due Date: August 29, 2025

This step begins after you complete Step 1.

You will receive an email invitation from info@canamhockey.com to register for the tournament.

Follow These Instructions:

1. Click the “Accept Invitation” link in the email.
2. Create or log in to your CAN/AM account.
3. Complete your Player Profile (you can skip jersey # for now).
4. Add hotel reservation info:

• Include number of adults & minors.
• Note any suite upgrade request (extra charges apply).

1. Review and sign Terms & Conditions.
2. Add Trip Insurance (optional but recommended; approx. $79).
3. Pay $200 to CAN/AM (separate from LBYH payment).

🎯 Important: Hotel rooms won’t be assigned until all players on a team complete this step.

🧾 Once complete, your LBYH deposit will be credited to your CAN/AM account. Final payment is due 30 days before the tournament. (Bantam 1: September 30th. Bantam 2, Peewee 1, 2, 3, Squirt 1, 2, 3: October 20th)

If you have multiple players attending this event, choose the team who you want yoru room to be nearest.

When prompted during registration, combine your players into one room.

Requested Hotels: Crowne Plaza Resort & Golden Arrow Resort

Teams will not be split across hotels, but it's possible not all teams will be at the same hotel.

Hotel rooms are assigned once registration is complete for all team members.

• Public Skate: Thursday, November 20th around 3:00 PM
• Opening Ceremony: Thursday, November 20th around 4:00 PM
• First Games: Thursday evening
• Medal Games: Sunday
• Expect to miss school Thursday & Friday

⛸️ Extras:

• Team shootout & relay races
• 4 guaranteed games + medal round for top 4 in each division

Bantam 1:

similar schedule as above, but dates are Thursday October 30 - Sunday November 2.
