You should have received an email directing you to "register" for Lake Placid. This email provided instruction on how to make your $205 room deposit payment that is due August 31, 2017.
It is REALLY important that if you plan to attend the tournament, you have this payment processed by August 31. Shortly after that date, I have to release any unused rooms in the LB block back to the (sold out) tournament. If you do not make your payment, I cannot guarantee you a room in the same hotel with the rest of the program.

Tournament Dates: THURSDAY November 16 - Sunday November 19 (opening ceremonies generally around 4:30 Thursday afternoon, medal games Sunday morning)
Tournament Costs: We register for the Gold package (details in link) Package covers tournament entry, 3 nights hotel (Golden Arrow Hotel), breakfast & dinner each night, 1 lunch, 1 pizza party, tournament party & plenty of team shenanigans.
Final Payment Due: Final payment will be due to CanAm 30 days prior to the tournament. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this point.
